Prince of Wales is a busy and well-regarded accommodation provider in Wagga Wagga, known for providing excellent service to both business and leisure travellers.
We are looking for an welcoming and reliable receptionist (or trainee) to join our front desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in hospitality and customer service within a supportive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting and checking in guests with a warm, professional attitude
Handling reservations, phone inquiries, and emails
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing information about the motel, local attractions, and services
Assisting with basic administrative tasks and daily front desk operations
Ensuring the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized
Assist housekeeping where necessary
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A friendly and positive personality with a genuine passion for customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (training provided on our booking system)
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Prior hospitality or reception experience is a plus — but not required (we will provide full training for the right trainee candidate)
